Today was tough! I woke up with a head cold and today is my first day back to work for the school year. I am an office manager for a small Christian University. I love my job and I'm excited to kick off the work year but it's tough heading in with a cold.
I was trying to allow myself to crawl back into bed. Rest feels like the best thing when we aren't feeling up to our best. I’m so glad I didn’t. My endorphins kicked in about half way through the workout. I’m still tired and my muscles are on fire but my head feels just a little bit clearer.

Reminder that these are week 1 results and most people have a great week 1. I am stoked! I do not have a wk 1 progression shot because I was so embarrassed by those numbers.
